I am mostly satisfied

I have been ordering and using band saw blades from USA for a number of years. They function to expectation. On one occasion the blade that was delivered was the wrong length. I called to report the problem and within a couple days I received a replacement to the correct size, no questions asked. Just before my most recent order, I was changing out a dull blade and as I applied tension to the new blade, it broke at the weld. Fortunately, I had one more new blade on hand and so I was not out of business. I was disappointed but this mishap did not keep me from ordering new blades. I am sure the company would have replaced the blade as they did before if I had reported it. I chose not to ask for a replacement because shit happens. When you asked me for a review, I decided to use this avenue to make you aware so you could take precautions for your quality control. Regards. C. David Anderson

Shortly after I submitted my order for my blades, I got a phone call to confirm that I had provided the correct length for my blade. Due to my purchase history I had ordered a smaller length bleade but my bandsaw uses both sizes. Thanks for that customer service.Regards

Been using the 3/16" version of this blade for several year with good results. Trying a thinner blade to try on smaller radius cutting. If I can get the same life out of this blade as I do with the 3/16" blade I will be happy.

Shortly after I submitted my order for my blades, I got a phone call to confirm that I had provided the correct length for my blade. I have previously ordered this blade for a smaller machine. After a pleasant confirmation visit, I was assured the blades were in process and within a short time, my order was fulfilled. Yesterday I put the first blade to work and just as my previous experience, it performed magnificently.
