Blade installed easily. Have several hours of cutting on it now with no issues. If the blade's life is what I expect it to be the rating will be a 5.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and caught my error minutes after ordering. I submitted a request to change the TPI. Someone from the company called me right back to verify. A few days later I got the blade in the mail, well packaged. It cuts beautifully. Very happy with this company! Excellent customer service, fast shipping, great product.

I called on a Saturday and i had ordered the right blade i thought. I miss read the part of the measurements and i entered the wrong size, and before they took my order and shipped it, they called to make sure what i ordered was right because they said it didn't make since.
